For a bug report, crash report, project-storage problem, or question about the AI assistant, open an issue in the Bixel Studio repository. Include your macOS version, Bixel Studio version, and the steps that reproduce the issue.
Privacy and purchases
Bixel Studio stores projects locally. Optional AI requests are sent to the provider you choose. Purchase and entitlement questions can be reported through the support link above; Apple handles App Store billing and refunds.
